OfficiantScript is a one-time purchase of $39, charged once, at the time of purchase. This page states the refund policy in full. It is the same policy set out in the terms of service, written out here on its own so it is easy to find.

If you are not happy with it, for any reason, write to us and we refund it. No questions asked.

The window is 30 days from the date of payment. Within it, any reason counts, and you do not need to give one or complete any form.

How to ask

Email support@officiantscript.com. Write from the email address you used at checkout, or mention it in the message, so we can find your order.

How the money comes back

Payments are processed by Stripe, and a refund is returned to the card or payment method you paid with. There is no way for us to send it anywhere else. Once we issue it, banks typically post the money to the account within 5–10 business days.
