There is one way to reach us. Email support@officiantscript.com and a person will handle it. Include the email address you used at checkout, or write from it, so we can find your order.

Before you write

Three things account for most of what reaches us, and each has its own page.

• You have lost your link, or you need it on another device. Go to sign in and we email you a fresh link. Any link you already shared keeps working.
• You want a refund. Email us within 30 days of payment, for any reason, and we refund you in full. The policy is on the refunds page.
• You want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. What we store and how long we keep it is set out on the privacy page. Email us and we will do it.

One thing to be careful with

Your ceremony link is a credential: anyone holding it can read and edit your ceremony. Do not paste it into forums, support chats, or anywhere else you would not put a password. You never need to send it to us — the email address you bought with is enough for us to find your order.
